The Disciplinary Matrix is a public document voted on by the Board and published in the Texas Register. It assists agency staff and Board members in the appropriate negotiation of settlements by identifying possible sanctions and requirements for specific violations. It also provides notice to licensees of the possible consequences of conduct that violates the Dental Practice Act or Board rules.
