To begin the approval process to become a board-approved Continuing Education (CE) provider, submit an application along with the following documentation:
- A detailed course curriculum, including learning objectives, instructional methods, and assessment strategies.
- Instructor qualifications and resumes.
- A breakdown of the didactic, simulation, and clinical hours.
- All course materials to be provided to course attendees.
- The complete pool of examination questions to be drawn from.
- An examination integrity plan that meets the requirements of this chapter.
- A copy of the certificate to be issued upon course completion.
- A copy of the provider’s reexamination policy, which notifies course attendees in advance how many reexaminations are allowed without retaking the course, the cost of reexamination, and other pertinent information.
Completed applications will be reviewed at a quarterly board meeting.
