Non-Disciplinary Actions

Tex. Occ. Code § 263.0077 authorizes the TSBDE to issue Remedial Plans to resolve complaints against licensees. Remedial Plans are non-disciplinary actions of the TSBDE and can be found by doing a Licensee Search.

The Compliance Division monitors the licensee’s compliance with non-disciplinary action taken by the TSBDE.
